Description: Chistorra is the traditional Navarre sausage made with fresh ingredients (lean pork and bacon). It is marinated with salt, garlic and Spanish DO paprika. It is lightly cured and should be cut into small pieces then lightly grilled or fried. Serve warm. Can be served as a tapa or goes great with potatoes or fresh baguette slices!
