Description: Bearing the Eusko Label, these Ibarra chilli peppers are produced in hamlets, in a totally traditional way. They are carefully harvested and selected at their optimal stage of development.
Features:
- Narrow, elongated and smooth
- Greenish yellow
- Short (6 to 10 cm long)
- Tender flesh and fine skin
- Packed in white wine vinegar with low acidity and low salt content
Ingredients: Peppers, water, vinegar, citric acid, salt, ascorbic acid.
