Spanish Sauces Set of 3

Description:  The traditional Spanish sauces that add a special flavour to any dish.  Typical Brava sauce and Romesco.

Includes:

• Salsa Brava Sauce

• Romesco Sauce

• Alioli Sauce

Serving Suggestions:

Cube potatoes and boil till almost tender.  In a pan, fry the potatoes till they are toasted.  Place on a plate and pour the salsa brava sauce on top.  If you want a little less spicy flavour, add some mayonaise on top of the brava sauce.

Romesco sauce goes perfect with any grilled vegetable or meat dish.  Can be used as a dipping sauce or as a topper on toasted bread.  Add slices of hard boiled egg for another quick and easy tapa.
