• Herpac Ventresca (Tuna Belly) in olive oil
  
• Herpac Tuna in Pedro Ximenez and pine nuts

Serving Suggestions:

Slice bread and as any one of the three tunas.  Top with Bajamar Piquillo Peppers.

Can also be served on top a fresh heirloom tomotoes or mixed with a green salad.  Top with 1881 olive oil and vinegar.
