Ingredients: Fish Broth: Water Monkfish, Rock Fish, (Conger, Rooster, Ribbons), Cod, Carrot, Celery, Fennel and Sigui Salt. Seafood Sofrito: Tomato, Onion, Olive Oil, Seafood (Crabs, Mussels, Prawns), Squid Ink, Leek, Garlic, Paprika and Saffron.
