Artichokes with Serrano Ham

  • 1 Jar of Artichoke Hearts or Artichoke Halfs
  • Serrano Ham
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Cut Serrano ham into small pieces and the artichoke hearts into halves. If you are using our Dantza artichokes, they are already cut into halves.
  2. Place olive oil in a pan, add the Serrano ham and the artichokes.
  3. Artichokes are by nature highly delicate, so handle each with care. Avoid mashing or stirring the artichoke hearts. Instead, use your hands (carefully without burning yourself) or a spoon.
  4. Turn over once brown.
  5. Serve as is.
