Often served as a tapa in bars and restaurants, patatas bravas is a traditional dish native to Spain. Delicious on its own, it can also be used as an accompaniment.
- Olive oil
- Ferrer Brava Sauce
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes.
- Pour plenty of oil in the fryer or pan, and add salt to taste.
- Dip the potatoes in the hot oil until golden brown.
- Put the potatoes in a bowl, and add Ferrer Brava Sauce on top.
