Patatas Bravas Recipe - Simple Spanish Tapas


Often served as a tapa in bars and restaurants, patatas bravas is a traditional dish native to Spain. Delicious on its own, it can also be used as an accompaniment.



  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in cubes.
  2. Pour plenty of oil in the fryer or pan, and add salt to taste.
  3. Dip the potatoes in the hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Put the potatoes in a bowl, and add Ferrer Brava Sauce on top.
