Directions:
- Wrap the asparagus with sliced serrano ham and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Roasted Red Peppers & White Tuna

Ingredients:
- 1 can or jar of white “yellowfin” tuna
- Roasted red peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 slices of white bread
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Cut the bread into slices and rub it with a garlic clove as if you were grating it.
- Toast the bread. And top with tuna, roasted peppers and drizzled olive oil.
