Serrano Ham and Asparagus

Ingredients:

Asparagus
Serrano Ham

Directions:

  1. Wrap asparagus with the ham and place in the oven on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.

 

Roasted Red Peppers & White Tuna

Ingredients:

White Tuna
Red Peppers
Garlic
Baguette
Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Place white tuna on a plate.
  2. Add the roasted red peppers on top (at room temperature).
  3. Drizzle with a touch of olive oil.

Roasted Red Peppers with Garlic

Ingredients:

Red Peppers
Garlic
Baguette
Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Add olive oil and garlic to a pan on the stove.
  2. Add the red peppers once the garlic has flavoured the oil.
  3. Cook only until they are warm as they are already pre-cooked.
  4. Serve on top of a toasted baguette.

Artichokes

Ingredients:

Artichokes
Sea Salt
Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Cut the artichokes into halves and place them on a tray.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until toasted.

Artichokes with Serrano Ham

Ingredients:

Potatoes
Brava Sauce
Olive Oil
Optional: Aioli or mayo

Directions:

  1. Cut Serrano ham into small pieces.
  2. Put olive oil in a pan, add the Serrano ham and the artichokes (cut into halves).
  3. Artichokes are delicate so we recommend handling them with a spoon (carefully) or with your hands (being mindful of the heat of course). Do not stir them.
  4. Rotate them once they are browned.
  5. Serve as is.


Patatas Bravas

Ingredients:

Potatoes
Brava Sauce
Olive Oil
Optional: Aioli or mayo

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender. Drain.
  2. In a frying pan with olive oil, lightly brown the potatoes.
  3. Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with brava sauce in a line formation.
  4. Optional: Place a dollop of mayo in the centre for dipping (or aioli).

Manchego Cheese

Ingredients:

Manchego Cheese
Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Take the cheese, set it out for a minimum of 10 minutes.
  2. Slice into triangles like a pizza, drizzle olive oil on top.
