Toast with Duck Liver and Brava Sauce

Ingredients: 

  • 4 slices of duck liver
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tbsp Ferrer Brava Sauce
  • 2 slices of toast

Directions:

  1. Slice the duck liver finely.
  2. Peel the avocado and purée it. 
  3. Combine the avocado with the lemon juice and season with salt. 
  4. Spread the avocado on the toast and top with the duck liver. Drizzle with brava sauce and enjoy!
