Artisan cheese made with raw milk from La Mancha sheep, thus obtaining the qualification of cheese with Denomination of Origin.
Cured Cheese with a minimum maturation of 12 months.
Natural light brown bark, intense ivory interior, creamy texture with eyes scattered throughout the interior. With its labeling where the ingredients are indicated, the word "Manchego Cheese", the back label of the Denomination of origin numbered, nutritional values, batch and expiration date.
Keep refrigerated between 2º and 8º. Once opened, wrap with food film.
