Features:

• Try using it with roast chicken: In a mortar grind 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of rosemary, a pinch of salt and some hot paprika. Add 1/2 glass of oil and brush the chicken with this mixture. Pour 1 glass of white wine into the roasting pan and baste frequently.
