Description: Chistorra is the traditional Navarre sausage made with fresh ingredients (lean pork and bacon). It is marinated with salt, garlic and Spanish DO paprika. It is lightly cured and must be cut into small pieces and served warm.
Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, paprika, salt, garlic, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate. Edible casing.
