Our handcrafted methods, the wisdom of expert hands and the quality of the raw material make our products a real delicacy. Tuna, frigate tuna, mackerel, sardines or anchovies, among many others, are treated with patience, without haste, and to which only salt and olive oil are added in most cases.

The rest is a matter of the sun, the east and west or wood smoke. The secret: work and effort to control the quality and guarantee the origin of our products.
