Description: White (European) anchovies marinated in vinegar, garlic, parsley and olive oil. Also known as "Boquerones en vinagre" a popular Spanish tapa. 


  • Small fish approximately 20 cm in size
  • This product is the highest-quality anchovy, Engraulis encrasicolus
  • Caught in the Mediterranean Sea during their peak season (from April through June), at which time they have a higher fat content and, as a result, a better flavour

Ingredients: White anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus), vinegar, sunflower oil, olive oil, salt.

Storage: Keep refrigerated.
