Description: Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) in pickled sauce, harvested in Spain and picked, cooked and packed by hand.
Features:
- Fried mussels in traditional Galician escabeche (“pickled sauce”)
- Origin: Galicia, Spain
- Certification: Mejillón de Galicia (”Mussel from Galicia") (protected designation of origin)
Serving Suggestions:
In a small bowl, put a handful of ice. Open the can of Los Peperetes and place the can on top of the ice. Serve cold. Hint: Los Peperetes products should not be refrigerated as it can alter the taste.
Ingredients: Mussels (bivalve molluscs), olive oil, vinegar, laurel, spices, salt. May contain traces of shellfish and fish.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days.
